Is an outstanding facility, consisting of 261 apartments. Many apartments are facing the sea, and are thereby exposed to salt and acid rain.
This makes maintenance of the glasses in the balcony a difficulty.

Salt stains the glass and creates damages that are not possible to remove – other than with the ClearShield system.
